"Putting The OO in Good!"

How did this journey begin? Well, it's actually quite simple. Wonderful things are created when it truly comes from the heart and my cheesecakes are definitely a "labor of love".

A long time favorite dessert of mine, I decided to make one of these delicious treats. My very first creation - Marsala Madness Oreo Cheesecake (even without a springform pan).

After receiving rave reviews, I decided to have some fun. I made more new recipes and let my friends be the test market (they were more than happy to offer their palates). Before I knew it people started placing orders and Gourmet Jay's Cheesecakes were born. Amazing!
